"I bought my first BMW, a base 325i coupe back in 1989.  The color choice was 'Arrest Me' red with tan vinyl interior.  I was immediately hooked on BMWs.  After the warranty was up, which happened quickly because I drove the car so much, I saw an ad for 3D and after my first trip was similarly hooked on bringing my car only to Danny.
 
After a brief time during which I convinced myself that I wanted an SUV, I was back to BMWs.  In 1995 I bought a barely used 1990 735i.  I did my first two BMW CCA Driving Schools up at NHIS with that car.  The driving schools were incredibly fun but the 735i was not the car suited to do them.  My wife got the 735i and I bought the Montreal Blue 1996 328is with 8,000 miles on it.  It was in immaculate condition and bone stock.
 
Several years and over 20 driving schools later  I made the decision to go racing.  With the help of Danny, Deb, and the whole 3D crew, the car has undergone many changes and levels of modification to make it a competitive car in the J-Prepared class of BMW CCA Club racing.
 
This season includes instructing at driving schools, racing with the SCCA, and racing with BMW CCA Club Racing at a variety of tracks in the Northeast."
