Brandon, I hope you had a
nice Christmas with your family, and got some time on your skis. I also
wanted to wish you a Happy, Healthy, and Prosperous New Year. Also, I'd be
interested in an update on how things are going at InControl. As
important, I'd like to thank you for putting me in touch with 3D. They
were terrific. Clearly, they throoughly know their products. They
were also very professional and very helpful. The 635 feels great! I
guess I'll need another road trip to N.H. in the spring. Thanks to you all
for coordinating the logistics of getting the car up there.

Tell Dan I love my 'new' '91 318is! You know, the one he put the
new clutch in last week. Thing drives like a brand new car! Perfect. I can't
believe what a cool little car this is, now that everything is up to spec. And

a couple of weeks ago. It's running like a top and the fully-functioning air

Just wanted to let Dan know that the new motor mounts made a huge improvement in
my car (and the heat is much appreciated too!). I hadn't realized it, but
because of the motor vibration, I had started to shift at much lower RPMs (which
isn't much fun). But getting onto 495 on my way to work, I hit the rev limiter
in 3rd gear without even realizing I was close to it. Looking forward to the
next 200,000 miles! [1.21.05]

recently purchased a used 325e and had you perform the necessary major service
requirements. Also a few weeks ago you did a minor service requirement on it. I
found that you had performed an additional service in repairing my sliding roof
and adding the front brake wear sensor without charge. It is unusual in this
world of pay, pay, pay to find someone cares for the vehicle he works on and
